"Vector Art"

This assignment was given to make Vector Art. We were to trace an image from the internet and trace it- filling it with colors and textures.

"Got Rasta?"

This assginment was given recently for us to mimmick an image of Obama- with our own photo! We were to posterize our image and fill it with many different colors.

"Soda Can"

This project was given to us to get the chance to create and design a fantasy coke can. This was one of the most complicated and interesting projects yet!

"Simply Zoe Designs"

This project was given to us in order to create a trademark design for a fictional company we take part of. This assignment really brought out the creativity in all of us.

"Create an Ad"

This project was one of the tougher ones. The class was given a paper for a certain company, business or organization that was looking for specific elements placed in an ad. We learned the importance of getting our work passed in before a deadline, for sure.

"Black Lights, White Tie"

This project was an extra credit assignment that I took part of. The junior class held a dance in the junior and senior cafe that we were told to make an invitation for. This assignment allowed us to express a sense of artistic ability.

"Battle of the Bands"

This project was given to us for an opportunity to make a flyer that would be posted up in the hallways of our school. This flyer was made for a concert that appeared in our auditorium.

"Pops By The Sea"

This project was given to us from "Pops By The Sea". This organization provided us with an asignment to make a t-shirt design using illustrator.

"Magazine Cover"

Our most recent Assignment was to create a magazine cover; self explanitory, but interesting.

"The Pumpkin Man"

In mid-October, students were astonished by what greeted them as they walked into the classroom. The Pumpkin Man! We learned all different techniques on how to carve a pumpkin, and got the opportunity to photograph him for a homework assignment.

"Ads"

Cutting ads out of the newspaper, our class was assigned to spec them. We used InDesign to dublicate these ads.

"Open House"

In September, Barnstable High School held an Open House for all parents of the students. Our class was asked to create a flyer to display the information for this event.

"Posterize"

Out of every assignment given in photoshop, posterize took place as my favorite among others. Filling grayscale images with other patterns or photos is really interesting, and the outcome is beautiful.

"Essay"

In October, we were given a presentation of Full Sail College, and as an extra credit assignment students were asked to write about their Full Sail experience.

"Tracking and Leading"

This assignment was given to show tracking and leading, usng character.

"Overlap"

As an extra-credit assignment I overlapped text, and inverted the whole flattened image to create a cool look.
